We offer standard curbside delivery on all orders in the United States. We ship out orders using a third party carrier.
IN CASE OF TRANSIT DAMAGE, YOU MUST REPORT ALL ISSUES TO US WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING.
After the two day period, all transit damage reports may be void. Hence, we recommend that you open up the package IMMEDIATELY after receipt and do a thorough inspection of your item. Contact us immediately if you notice any issues. We are available by phone and email on Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm EST.
The driver will call you to schedule a delivery time frame. When the package has arrived, DO NOT sign "received in good condition" if the driver has disallowed inspection. NEVER sign "received in good condition" UNLESS YOU ARE 100% sure that the item is in good condition at time of receipt.
For any items that were damaged during transit, depending on the severity of the damage, we may either send you an item replacement or compensate you for a professional reparation of the item.
Do NOT USE the damaged tank, or fill the damaged tank with water. If used, you may lose our on your shipment carrier claim.
In some circumstances, you may have to ship the tank back to us, in which we will pay for return shipping.
We accept returns on all unused items, including aquariums, within 2 weeks of delivery. The one way shipping back to us must be paid by the original buyer, and the buyer is responsible for packing the product as to avoid damages during transit. The buyer is liable for ALL potential happenings during transit. If the product arrives damaged to us, you will NOT be entitled to your refund.
Returns that arrive damaged to us will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All items must come with its original parts, and aquarium plumbing must be unglued and uncut. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR TESTED WITH WATER EVEN IF TEMPORARILY.
