Refund policy

All items must come with original parts and original plumbing unglued and uncut. We do not accept returns on any used or altered items, even if temporarily. 

We accept returns on all unused items, including aquariums, within 14 days of delivery. The one way shipping back to us must be paid by the original buyer, and the buyer is responsible for packing the product as to avoid damages during transit. The buyer is liable for all potential incidents during transit. Returns that arrive damaged will not be refunded.
